Ren Kosugi.
A man who loves China Spoons too much.
He loves China Spoons so much that he even invented a new gave in which he can use China spoons (unnecessarily).
Also, what making his looking so distinct is his China spoon hair.
Chie-san, the only girl in PANKICHI-KEN, noticed it's uniqueness...

レンゲをこよなく愛する男。
レンゲを愛するあまり、レンゲを（不必要に）使うため、
レンゲダーツなるゲームをあみ出したこの男。
そんな彼のトレードマークは、レンゲヘア。
ぱん吉軒唯一の女性であるチエさんは、その独自性に気が付いて。。。

Chie-san, the only girl in PANKICHI-KEN, noticed Mr Ren has a quite unique hairstyle.
Mr Ren: Actually, it is a hat rather than hair.
To Chie-san's surprise, Mr Ren's unique hair is actually a hat!!!
Chie: You look quite normal without your hat!
Mr Re: That's right!
More surprising thing is Mr Ren looks quite an ordinary guy without the China Spoon hat!
Furthermore, it has turned our that his hat is hand made Papier-mâché.
Chie : it's a bit like a school play...
Even more surprising thins is, the hat is hand made Papier-mâché!!!
